The mandrel-bent boost tubes, high-efficiency aluminum end tanks, wide-open inlet and outlet, and thicker core area are all massive improvements over stock. The Banks Intercooler dramatically increases cooling capacity by balancing the richer fuel mixture with more air that is cooler, and denser.
